Connect the assistant your company already uses: Claude, ChatGPT and others. It signs in as you and works within your role. Every change it makes carries your name and the assistant’s. Confirming an order or posting an invoice still waits for your click in the system.
Part of every system. Off until your administrator turns it on. No charge from us.
The assistant uses the same functions as the screens your team uses, so every rule and every role check applies to it too. This is the list on a trading system. A clinic or a project company gets the areas of its own system.
Find and read orders, including those from your shop and marketplaces. Write a quotation and change it while it is a draft. Confirming the order waits for you.
Create and update customers and their addresses, and find possible duplicates. Move a deal between open stages, plan an activity, write a note. Winning a deal waits for you.
Price, stock on hand, reserved and available, by warehouse. Deliveries and transfers, and where they stand. Read only: an assistant never moves stock.
Read invoices and draft one from an order. Posting it waits for you.
Show the assistant a photo of a supplier’s invoice. It finds or creates the supplier and enters the invoice as a draft purchase order. Confirming the purchase order waits for you.
Search the whole system, see your open activities, and ask the Process X-ray where orders and transfers are waiting.
Payments and refunds, carrier waybills, stock moves, posting supplier bills to the books, sending e-mail, deleting anything, and settings. These stay with people, whatever rights the person has.
Nothing to install and no extra server. Your assistant only needs your system’s web address, followed by /mcp. If your system opens at erp.yourcompany.com, the address is https://erp.yourcompany.com/mcp.
In Settings > AI access. It is off until then. The administrator also chooses which assistants are allowed, and can switch one off, or all of them, at any moment.
In your profile, under two-step verification. An assistant can connect only for a person who has one: an e-mailed code does not count here.
Each assistant has its own place for it. Use your own address where the examples say erp.yourcompany.com.
Customize > Connectors > Add custom connector. Paste the address. Under OAuth client, keep the recommended option. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds it once under Organization settings > Connectors, and each person then connects.
Plugins > + > Add custom MCP server. Paste the address, choose OAuth, create the plugin and install it. In a Business or Enterprise workspace, an admin creates it for everyone.
claude mcp add --transport http a-systems https://erp.yourcompany.com/mcp
Then type /mcp and choose Authenticate.
codex mcp add a-systems --url https://erp.yourcompany.com/mcp
Then run codex mcp login a-systems. The sign-in page opens in your browser.
Your system’s own page opens, not the assistant’s. Sign in as usual. For each area choose off, read, or read and change. Then enter a fresh code from your authenticator app. Your password never reaches the assistant.
An assistant works with your key and nothing else. These are the limits it works inside, and the system itself enforces each one.
Confirming an order or a purchase order, winning a deal and posting an invoice: the assistant prepares it, you get a reference such as PA-0031 and a link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If the document changed in the meantime, the act is refused.
In your profile, under AI connections. A new password or a new authenticator ends every connection of yours. Each connection ends by itself after 90 days, and you connect again.
Every connection: whose it is, which assistant, which areas, when it was last used. And a log of the calls, with their outcome. One switch stops them all.
Your system never sends data to an AI company by itself. It only answers what your assistant asks, within the areas you allowed. The call log keeps that a call happened, never what was asked or answered.
Tell us how your team works today, and which assistant it already uses. The scope read shows what the assistant could do in your system from the first day.
