Short, because there is not much to say. This site sets no cookies, loads nothing from a third party, and runs no analytics product. What exists is a web server log, and the address in it is cut before it is written.
a-systems is the brand under which Alex Azariyev operates until its company is incorporated. He is the party responsible for this site and for the demo stand linked from it, and the person to write to about either.
Every request to this site and to the demo writes one line: the time, the page, the referring page, the browser string, and an address whose last two octets have already been replaced with zeroes by the web server before the line is written. Nothing reassembles them, because the full address is never stored anywhere to reassemble from.
If you use the form at /start/, you send us a company name, an address to reply to, optionally your name, and the requirements themselves as text or as a file. That material is your confidential business information and it is treated as such: it is read to produce the page we send back, and it is deleted thirty days later by a job that runs daily.
The mutual NDA at nda.a-systems.pro is our own system on our own server in Germany, not a signing service: nothing about it involves a third party. Signing it is an act with evidence, and the evidence is what is kept.
demo.a-systems.pro runs the same software we build for clients, on invented data: invented companies, people, banks, orders and prices. It is signed in as one of four demo personas, it cannot send mail or reach any outside system by construction, and its database is destroyed and rebuilt from nothing every few hours.
A truncated address in a log is not something we can find you by, so a request to see or delete "your" data from this site has nothing to match against - that is the point of cutting it. If you have written to us, that correspondence is ordinary personal data and you can ask to see it, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to alex@a-systems.pro and you will get an answer within 30 days.
This page covers visitors to this site. A system we build for a client is built on our stand, moves to that client's own server once it is accepted and paid for, and after handover is not on our infrastructure at all. What we may touch during the build, and under what terms, is the DPA - ask for it and read that instead of this.
