A system. Not the system.

Your system. Not a platform.

We build the operational system your business actually runs on. On your server, in three weeks. Then we hand it over with the source, and you keep changing it yourself, with your own AI.

The demo

Five orders. Five purchases. One complete day.

Most ERP demos give you an empty system or a database with a million rows in it. Neither tells you anything. Ours has five of everything, so you can follow one order from the moment it arrives to the moment it is invoiced, and be done in three minutes.

This is a reference build on invented data. Yours will be different, because it will be yours.

Talk about yours
The method

Three weeks, and the third one is yours.

The price is fixed, the date is fixed, and if you do not accept it you do not pay. We can write that because building is no longer the expensive part.

Week 01

Probe

  • We read your live system directly, not screenshots of it
  • Your real volumes, statuses and exceptions, counted
  • A written spec you approve before a line is built
  • What we will not build, and why, in the same document
Week 02

Build

  • Money, tax and stock logic written test first
  • Your existing ERP stays the ledger; we take the operation
  • Every integration has a real mode and a sandbox mode
  • Daily build on your data, visible to you the whole time
Week 03

Run, then hand over

  • Your team works a real day in it, next to the old system
  • Per person logins, roles enforced in the database
  • Your people ship three changes themselves, with us watching
  • You roll a release back yourself before we leave
Handover

What you keep after we walk out.

Every other vendor in this market is paid for you not leaving. We are paid for building the thing and then leaving, which is why the exit date is in the contract from the first day.

The source

The whole repository, with the specs, the tests and the deployment scripts that built it. Not a compiled artefact and not a licence to use.

The server

It runs on your infrastructure, in accounts you own. We were never the landlord, so there is nothing to move on the day we leave.

The data

Yours the entire time, in a standard Postgres database you can dump, read and take anywhere without asking us.

The right to change it

A written map of what is safe to extend and what is load bearing, and a test suite that stops your own AI from breaking the second thing while fixing the first.

Our access after handover is listed by name and expires on a date you set. If you want us back, it is an hourly rate and a purchase order, not a subscription you forgot to cancel.

Reference builds

Industries we have already built the hard part for.

A reference build is not a product you buy. It is proof the domain is already understood, which is what turns six months into three weeks. Status below is what is actually true today, and the three cases behind the first row are written out in full, including what they do not prove.

Evidence

We cannot show you a logo wall. We can show you this.

Numbers from the reference build, measured rather than claimed. Your technical people will care about these more than about anyone else's customer count.

0
Automated checks that run before any change can reach production
0
Commands typed on a server by hand. One script deploys, records the commit, and redeploys it to roll back
0
Rows of a client's real history, pulled from their live system and reconciled in one morning
0
Roles enforced in the database itself, not only on the screen
Trust

Security you can check, not badges you have to believe.

We are not going to print a certification we do not hold. Here is the whole picture, including the parts that are still ahead of us.

  • Where data livesEuropean Union. Before handover on our hardened stack, after handover on yours.
  • Access controlPer person accounts, roles enforced in the database, every write attributable to a name.
  • Audit trailAccounting entries are hash chained. A changed number is detectable, not arguable.
  • BackupsDaily, offsite, and every dump read back by the tool that would restore it. A scheduled restore rehearsal is still ahead of us, and the Trust page says so.
  • PaperworkMutual NDA and a GDPR data processing agreement, signed before the first probe.
  • Independent testingThird party penetration test scheduled. Not yet done, and we will publish the date when it is.
  • ISO 27001Not held. We will start the process when a client contract requires it, and say so plainly until then.

After handover, your data is not on our infrastructure at all. That is a stronger statement than any badge on this page.

Pricing

Two numbers, and the second one you can stop.

Published because a hidden price in this market reads as a large one. Forty people cost the same as four, because there is no such thing as a seat when you own the system.

A contour, built

€10,000
Once · fixed · three weeks

The system, on your server, with the source. The probe that produces the scope is free, and the fee comes back if you do not accept the result at the end of week three.

Running it with you

€1,000
Per month · cancel any month

Building, incidents, updates, fiscal changes, and teaching your person to hold it. Stop it whenever you like and everything keeps running, because it is yours.

A distributor signing in September pays €22,000 for the whole first year, all in. There is no third line and nothing that appears in month four.

Look at it first.

The demo is a working system with five orders in it. If it does not convince you in three minutes, no call from us was going to.
